Delivery Lead Times

  • All products, subject to stock, including Appliances, Sinks, Taps etc, will be delivered directly to you – the time can vary depending on the product ordered, please call us to check first if the information is not within the details of the product on our website. When certain goods are ordered with furniture, the smaller items are usually packed and shipped with the furniture.
  • Furniture items are made to order and typically there is a 6-8 week lead time, details are usually on the product page. Some special order items may require a longer lead time which will be advised.
  • Shipping costs are either fixed fee or calculated by weight, this will be confirmed in your  “Shopping Cart”
  • Delivery costs are clearly displayed for your order at every stage.

Delivery Overview

We will endeavour to manufacture and ship within the stated lead time when ordering. Please note deliveries are normally Monday to Saturday between 7am and can sometimes be upto 9pm traffic dependent but this can vary depending on carrier.

We will contact you via email or telephone when your order is due to be despatched to agree a suitable delivery date.  Times however cannot be guaranteed.

You will be given a delivery date upon ordering, this is automatically generated based on our 6 week lead time.

We will contact you a week before the previously agreed delivery date to confirm this with you.

If you cannot accept delivery on the proposed date, we will offer you the next available date for your area.

If the new date is also not suitable we will send the order to you on a pallet, this will be a kerbside delivery.

We deliver domestically to mainland UK

Goods can only be shipped to one address per order.

Due to the high costs involved in shipping to remote locations may incur a higher delivery cost. These include.

  • Isle of Man
  • Isles of Scilly
  • Jersey
  • Guernsey
  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands
  • British Forces BFPO postcodes.

Important delivery options

Heavy/Bulky Furniture

  • The courier will contact you the day before the scheduled delivery of your furniture order.
  • There must be 2 able bodied people to help you offload your furniture into your property as the driver cannot do this.
  • Some units are very heavy and will require 2 physically fit people – this will be advised when we make arrangements to deliver to you.
  • Failure to provide adequate or able people to assist in unloading may result in your furniture being returned and a re-delivery fee charged.

Order cancellation

As we manufacture to order we are unable to cancel an order once placed.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event an item does not meet our usual standards and you are unhappy with the order then you must REFUSE DELIVERY and ensure this is noted on the drivers paperwork with a reason. It is important that you do not accept a delivery that is not to your satisfaction and that you refuse the delivery sending it back with the courier.

* ONE MAN delivery. It is our drivers’ responsibility to load the units on the delivery vehicle. It is your responsibility to provide sufficient able bodied labour to carry these from the vehicle into your storage or property. These units are heavy and will require at least 2 physically fit people to safely carry them.  ** Ground Floor Only.
