We will endeavour to manufacture and ship within the stated lead time when ordering. Please note deliveries are normally Monday to Saturday between 7am and can sometimes be upto 9pm traffic dependent but this can vary depending on carrier.
We will contact you via email or telephone when your order is due to be despatched to agree a suitable delivery date. Times however cannot be guaranteed.
You will be given a delivery date upon ordering, this is automatically generated based on our 6 week lead time.
We will contact you a week before the previously agreed delivery date to confirm this with you.
If you cannot accept delivery on the proposed date, we will offer you the next available date for your area.
If the new date is also not suitable we will send the order to you on a pallet, this will be a kerbside delivery.

In the unlikely event an item does not meet our usual standards and you are unhappy with the order then you must REFUSE DELIVERY and ensure this is noted on the drivers paperwork with a reason. It is important that you do not accept a delivery that is not to your satisfaction and that you refuse the delivery sending it back with the courier.
