Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Harvey George, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Below are the details of our returns and cancellation policy:

Cancellations

Non-Manufactured Goods: If you wish to cancel your order for non-manufactured items before delivery, a 25% restocking charge will apply.

• For cancellations of made-to-order or manufactured goods before delivery, a 50% restocking charge will generally apply, as we begin production immediately upon order placement.

For bespoke products that are highly customized and have limited resale value, the restocking fee will be determined at our discretion. This is due to the unique nature and potential challenges in reselling such customized items. In some cases, restocking may not be possible.

Defective Goods and Guarantee:

•  Our manufactured goods come with a 10-year guarantee. If you find any manufacturing defects within this period, please contact us for a replacement or repair.

• Note: This guarantee does not apply if the goods have been modified or incorrectly fitted.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please email us with photographs of the item.

• Non-Manufactured Goods: Must be returned in their original packaging.

• Manufactured Goods: Should be well-protected during return.

Inspection and Collection:

• We reserve the right to inspect the goods before accepting the return.

• We will attempt to collect the goods twice within 30 days of the notification. If the goods are not available for collection, it is your responsibility to return them to us within the same 30-day period.

Credits for Returns:

• We may, at our sole discretion, accept returns and issue credit for goods, excluding carriage, provided they are in perfect condition.

• Returned goods will be subject to a handling and restocking charge of 50% of the invoiced value plus Value Added Tax.

Please Note:

• Modifications, including incorrect fittings, void the guarantee and make the goods ineligible for return under manufacturing defects.
